"Save your money and don't buy this poorly made jewelry. If you don't purchase THEIR warranty, they will not cover it even if it's due to how poorly made it is. We bought a ring bracelet set for my daughters 16th birthday, she got to wear it 1 month, before the jewels fell out of both the ring and bracelet. The little prongs were poorly made. We started buying our jewelry from Kay because Helzburg did the same with my wedding ring. When I bought my husband's necklace from Kay, they repaired it when the clip broke, without me having to purchase a warranty, and it was years after I purchased it. That's when they gained my trust. They just lost it. I will not be buying jewelry from Kay no longer."

"Stopped by the store today so my mom could use their sizer to figure out her ring size. Ask a gentleman named Will at the counter if we could use the ring sizer to figure out what size my mom was and he responded very rudely twice. “No we need to do it for you.” with a very dismissive tone. It was a very simple task that we for sure could’ve done ourselves. He also could’ve responded more professionally! After standing there for a few minutes, we decided to head over to Helzberg and ran into Kristen the old manager at this store. I guess I should be saying thank you to Will because he helped me find her again! She helped me with a necklace back in September at Kay and now helped me find a new wedding ring and band today just across the way at Helzberg! Obviously, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere from here on out!"
