"I am throwing away my Control4 equipment because of ListenUp. For two and a half years I have been enduring at least a three-business-day wait to get someone to call me back to schedule an appointment - when they bother to. And when I am able to talk to a “project manager” to finally get into the schedule, it is at least three weeks out. They will tell you we are oh so busy. And they are. Because they can’t get enough people to work for them. I know this because one technician that had come to my home on his very last day of work with them told me. On that time they only had one person to service the whole area - out of three, one had resigned and one was on PTO. So I’ve had it. They are expensive and this is the service they offer. Think twice before purchasing Control4 equipment if you live in Boulder County. That’s what your future will look like. I also sent an email to Control4 to let them know my decision. I will spend my money elsewhere."
