"“manager” Eric was unprofessionally rude, and overcharged me for two flavored cones, so I called to ask what the price difference was and he got a whole attitude after assuming I wanted a refund, but I was asking a question. I had to go over the DOWNTOWN Smoke Shop where Heaven corrected my purchase, after realizing I was overcharged by an extra 5$ and help me get my money worth, so appreciative of her. definitely not getting anymore supplies there. I understand I can’t get a refund, it’s stated on the sign and I can read Eric."
