About the Business
The Courtyard at 610 is a charming outdoor space located at 610 Clinton Street in Ridgway, Colorado. Established by RCS in 2018, this space was transformed from a simple backyard into a versatile venue for small events and gatherings. With the help of generous donations and grants, the Courtyard was completed in 2019 and has since become a popular spot for live music, film screenings, book readings, poetry nights, and more.
Despite the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Courtyard at 610 was able to host 91 events in the summer of 2020, providing a unique and intimate experience for both performers and attendees. Today, the Courtyard continues to host a variety of events from mid-May through September, with plans to offer event rentals for private concerts in 2023.
The success of the Courtyard at 610 would not be possible without the dedication of volunteers who help make each event possible. Whether it's providing oversight as a board member or assisting with staffing, volunteers play a crucial role in the operation of the Courtyard.
