I started having issues with my wifi card in my laptop and called Complete PC Support to get a quote for replacing/fixing it. The person who answered was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. They gave me some recommendations for alternatives to fully replacing the wifi card, as that can be expensive or sometimes not possible depending on how integrated it is. The fix they recommended didn't require their services at all, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were more concerned with helping me resolve the issue than with getting me into the shop.
