Swartz Electric communicated clearly before the work, sent some nice details about our electrician in advance, and then did the work for a very reasonable price. Aaron was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't rush the work. Plus, he fixed our issues with no problem. This is the second job we've hired them for and are planning to hire again for some help moving a fixture. In the past, they replaced a power panel for us. A+ business. "I called Swartz and made an appointment for an estimate to replace an electrical box. The appointment was within a two hour window. On that day I was present before and after that window but no technician and no call or text. I called their office a number of times but only got an automated informational recording. I left a message and waited awhile longer for a response. Then I went on about my day, leaving the condo. An hour and twenty minutes after the window closed I received a standardized text that my technician, who by the way was the founder and dedicated to customer service according to the text, was on his way to my address. I responded that the appoint time had come and gone with no call or text to me and no one answering at their number. I responded for him not to bother. After that any professional, whose primary goal is customer service, would have called to apologize and make an effort to keep my business. But there was nothing. Days later I left my negative review on their website and unsurprisingly they did not publish it. Very disappointing. Janet Hill"
