"Jolly has a good reputation, someone I really respect recommended them. My experience was just an anomaly. The worker who showed up to replace a broken water heater was unprofessional and lied to me. He didn't document anything for my insurance company. I kept asking for documentation and they sent me a document with something like, just the cost of repair. The experience was bizarre. The best thing was, I didn't feel like they were scamming a senior, which is huge. I've had so many horrible experiences! The worst thing was, when the service is bad, they're indifferent to the complaints. (The actual water heater installation was fine, no problems.)"
