Unfortunately we didn’t have time to fully go over everything, because everything was out of date, but he helped me get started on the right track and I was able to finish what he had attempted to start for me. "I’ll give these guys credit where it’s deserved, they do have the best prices and they do know how to fix the issues your phone may have. But when it comes to replacing my iPhone screen they use cheap parts. First thing I noticed from my new screen is it was fuzzier than my old one and the color and pictures were off. That didn’t bother me because I knew I would get used to it. A week after I got my new screen I dropped the phone and it cracked. Wasn’t a big fall and I dropped it inside my house. I take full responsibility for dropping the phone so I bought a better phone case and paid for a new screen. Now that I’ve already cracked my screen twice I have been very careful. But shortly after I’ve received my second new screen it cracked again. I did not drop it, all I did was pull it out of my pocket to find it cracked beneath the screen protector that they installed. If you need a screen replacement I recommend coughing up the extra dough and buying an Apple certified screen from Best Buy."
