"Five months after ordering custom cabinets and quartz we still have missing pieces, damaged pieces, and a half-installed kitchen. Understanding under COVID things might take a longer, but what is happening is inexcusable and shows how inefficient is Lowes kitchen installation department. 29 Jan 21 - Cabinets (Diamond Series) & quartz countertop ordered from Lowes in Fountain CO.. 6 Apr 21 - cabinets arrive at our home-- 66 days later. Missing parts, Lowes kitchen sales rep notified, says order will be rush. 19 Apr 21 - Installation start, 2 weeks after cabinets arrive. Even though the installer knew ahead of time of arrival date. 21 Apr 21 - Installer cannot continue work due to missing parts and he damages 2 drawers while installing handles. Indicates he will notify Lowes kitchen sales rep to order drawers and will finish work once all parts arrive. April, May, June - We have numerous phones calls and emails with Lowers Kitchen rep to get status of missing parts. At all times, kitchen rep says he is following up with cabinet maker and will have installer pick up parts at store and then schedule installation. 1 Jun 21 - Lowes kitchen rep emails that all parts are in. When I ask about damaged drawer fronts, he said they were never ordered. Now, he will place that order immediately, but says installer will schedule for everything else. 1 Jun 21 - I call installer, he schedules installation for 2 days later. 3 Jun - Installer arrives at our home with no parts -- went to Lowes to pick up parts and sales rep wasn't there. Indicates no one in the store knew anything about it or could help him. He leaves with nothing done. A place like Lowes should have this process all figure out and provide better customer service -- inexcusable!"
