Took a week to get the car in but Brian was done with it the same day. Honestly I expected the work to take the weekend. Family Automotive Repair is an HONEST, small shop North of Fountain that actually works to fix vehicles and get you back on the road. "Brian is a very friendly guy. It took about a week to get me in his shop. I love that the same day I dropped off the car, he diagnosed the issue with my car. He called me immediately to get my go-ahead on the job. The price was reasonable for the items that required replacement plus the labor. I also picked up my car the same day. I live about 2 to 3 miles away from the shop, and i live alone. This meant that I would need to ride my bicycle from home to his shop to pick up my vehicle at 5:30 pm. It was cold that day, and it was snowing. Instead, Brian volunteered to follow me home in my car while I drove my buddies car, which he loaned me. In all, I had a very positive experience with Brian and his shop."
