"I dropped my phone off on 12/17/2023 and paid for a diagnostic test on my phone. I have spoken to them once after calling numerous times and even stopping the store which is always closed. They said they were waiting on a part and haven’t heard from them since. I’m writing this review out of desperation because at this point I just want my phone back. Since no one is ever at the store and no one is answering the phone I hope someone will respond to this review. Update: Someone contacted me shortly after the review and was very apologetic. Unfortunately, my phone was unable to be fixed. It definitely wasn’t a 5 star experience but because of the apology I will adjust my rating."
