He will be fake nice to you the first time you come in because he lies to get u to sign up for the assuring program. I'm sure he gets some kind of bonus for it. Every single other interaction you have with him after that he will treat you so horribly that you will never want to step foot in the store again! You've been warned!"

"Pro - They did a pretty solid job. I use to fix phones as a side gig... and it does take quite a bit of effort, they put it together like new no abrasions around the glass or anything... wouldn't suspect it was ever taken apart. Con - - They estimated 2 hours... turned into 4. - Communication needs improving... they didn't call to let me know that the time the quoted me wouldn't be, and when it was fixed I still have to call to verify. - I know it's their job, but they didn't take my suggestion seriously on what's wrong. They told me what they thought it was but when they repaired it... it apparently was what I said. So it's a pro and con... as it may have cost them and me time. But they put their ego aside to fix the device correctly."

"I feel like they tried to bait and switch me on the repairs of a screen on a MS Surface Pro. I went and spoke to one gentleman who told me it would either be $250 or $500. So I took time out of my day to go back and drop off the tablet to get repaired and Rick was there this time and refused to let me speak to anybody else and told me it be a $30 diagnostic fee and he couldn’t tell me what the rest of the price would be because they had to put in time and energy to figure out the right parts. But the original gentleman I spoke to said they just did one and it was $250. I asked to speak to the supervisor. Rick said he was the highest authority there and basically told me to have a nice day. I asked who the original gentleman that I talked to was, and Rick said he had no idea. Rick did not give me his last name. He wasn’t there when I spoke to the original gentleman. I asked if he even wanted to hear me out, he just kept saying have a good day, sir. I did nothing wrong to deserve the worst customer service that I have had this this whole year!"

"On 10/24 I brought my IPhone 14 Pro Max into the store to have a cracked camera lens replaced. Guy at the counter tells me $75 give us 1-1.5 hours to get the job done. So I leave the phone, about 45 min. later I get a text saying the phone was ready for pick up. So when I got there they guy says the camera is no good and gave me some excuse that tiny glass particles are to blame. Now as you can see from the pictures. That very well may be the case but only after the installer damage the actual camera by scratching it. Also as you can see there are still large shards of glass under the lens as well as damage to the new lens. I told them I understand there are risks but this is plain negligence, why would you wipe a camera lens with glass all over it? When I asked for it to be fixed, I was told it’s not their fault and I’ll have to pay for a new camera to be installed. Now how convenient for them. I want these damages repaired the camera still works but is not clear because of this. If you damaged my camera while installing the lens that’s on you. Unless this is taken care of the right way I would recommend not going here, they don’t own up to their mistakes and will take advantage of you. The first photo is of one of the other cameras for reference. Update 10/25: Called to ask for a refund and was told they will no longer do business with me until I remove my review. Apparently I’m a lier..the proof is in the pictures. I will be taking my phone to a different shop to have the repairs completed. After the repairs are completed I will be taking this “repair shop” to small claims court. Don’t go here unless you like your devices to be mishandled. These guys don’t know what they’re doing and don’t know how to run a business."

"They fixed a ps5 that needed cleaning! They also fix other things and have a membership. Rick was helpful and amazing. It was about a week to get cleaned. Super easy and fast!"
