"So $76 with tax NO WIFI! Sometimes with door open you can connect. TV didn't work very well, most channels say "unavailable" I assume it was $30 prior to inflation. Night staff jenny was amazing friendly and helpful. Which is why I have put 3 stars not 1 under servive. Day shift lady was kinda snotty an short not rude but not friendly- When asked about free breakfast that is posted in room she stated "the low $76 price doesn't include breakfast because it's so cheap" she then kinda ended conversation instead of saying restaurants are close or ANYTHING. since I didn't know what my job was be I stayed 3 nights an there was no house keeping no clean towels no trash pick up no phone for wake up calls, dirt parking lot with large holes, room was small and has a fly problem. It's close to a gas station which is nice."

"First of all… it’s a $76/nt motel. Probably was a $35 motel before Biden / pandemic. It’s very much an older property. That’s said, it has parking in front of your room, dish network, decent beds, strong showers with plenty of hot water. Incidentally, the water is really soft. Lower your expectations and you’ll be ok. *there is no campground *the website is not from the owner"

"I knew from the reviews this was going to be a terrible hotel, but had no choice. Though It is extremely outdated that did not by itself bother me. The bedding was horrendous. I got a mattress pad for a blanket , the pillows were so old they were wadded up in the pillow cases. There was no mattress pad. Minimally, when you charge $ 70.00 per night the bedding should be new and complete. The door lock was not secure and the door so flimsy someone could easily break in. No coffee pot. Who ever owns this takes no pride in ownership. Avoid staying here if at all possible."

"The Red River Inn & Suites Hotel, which owns this property, is a nice place to stay. So when I called regarding vacancy and was told they only had one room available and it was across the street at Roy's Motel, I didn't hesitate and booked the room. I won't be making that mistake again. My review has two stars for this place because (1) it didn't have cockroaches and (2) it didn't have bedbugs. Pros: 1) There was facial soap, shampoo and conditioner provided 2) The toilet was clean 3) The deadbolt on the door locks from the inside 4) The sheets and pillow covers were clean 5) The two counter surfaces felt clean 6) The nightstand felt clean 7) Cheaper than the Red River Inn & Suites Hotel 8) Free hot breakfast at their in-hotel restaurant Cons: 1) The deadbolt on the door does not lock from the outside (the lock is keyed differently) 2) The carpet looks as if it has NEVER been deep-cleaned. I don't believe it was even vacuumed as I was kicking around a couple of dirt clods as I moved about the room. I used their towels to provide myself walking paths as I DID NOT want my bare feet touching the carpet at ANY point 3) The walls, trim, ceiling, cabinetry, mattress box and bathroom are just old and in sore need of repair. A thorough remodel would do this room wonders 4) No body soap. Facial soap is not the same as body soap. 5) If you want anything from the Front Desk, you have to go across the street, back to the Red River Inn & Suites Hotel to get it. They have a sign posted at Roy's Motel that says they will not bring anything over to you 6) The Front Desk assured me there was Wi-Fi available in my room and that it was an open network (no password required). There is no open network visible to my phone, but I just checked my laptop and I guess since it has a more powerful Wi-Fi chip, it can see the open network she was talking about 7) No hangers on the clothes bar Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and do nothing else, sure. Stay here. But if you like clean rooms that feel fresh and relaxing, please stay elsewhere."

"This place is horrible. It's way over priced. They are still operating on oil boom prices. The rooms are run down. Had to switch rooms twice from either heat or ac not working, sinks not working, plumbing backing up. My door didn't latch and couldn't lock. They advertise a free breakfast but then denied it because I was staying longer than a week. I had to replace my own bulbs. The shower was fixed with duct tap for gods sake. This is seriously a dump. To top it off the customer service is horrendous. I was kicked out of the lobby for being there too long even though I was buying coffee and pie. Never mind the fact the lobby is one of the few places that the shoddy internet they have actually stays connected. Seriously this place does not deserve your business. Just no."
