"My insurance company recommended glass replacement from Safelite, but they wasted my time by having me bring my vehicle in when they didn't even have the windshield in stock. I started calling around and ended up speaking with Joe who helped me decide between an OEM replacement and an aftermarket windshield. Joe sent Dominic out to me within two days to replace my windshield. He showed up on time and got the replacement installed on my Ford Transit quickly. The price was very reasonable as well. I'd recommend these guys over Safelite any day!"

"Joe did a great job initially when replacing my windshield. I was impressed by his willingness to drive a long ways to get my repair done and he provided great service. After a week or so I noticed that one of the parts he had to install was getting scraped by my windshield wiper and it needed to be fixed. I reached out and again he was nice and responsive and we decided to wait till the weather got better. Several weeks go by with heavy rain and the scraping got worse but I reached out again and didn’t hear anything in return. I figured he got busy and tried again the following week. He stopped answering my calls and texts to try and get the issue fixed. I tried leaving voicemails but his mailbox was full and wouldn’t return my calls. I got a text from him a week or two after but when I tried to get in touch with him again he didn’t pick up and I left a voicemail. Still haven’t heard from him on it which is why I give the 3 stars. Initial service was great but very disappointed with the follow up and getting it all taken care of."
