"I needed a shower valve replaced. I called these people and they said they would do it for 300, which seems reasonable based on various googling. I spoke to them about making sure the price was low by putting a hole in my wall to ensure access. I called a day later to confirm the price, the size of the hole. They said 2 ft by 2ft. We scheduled 10-12. I called around 12 when no one had called or showed up. Called a few more times before 1. Finally got a call back around 1. Said the guy would be there in an hour. He showed up around 2. Looked at the valve and said 900 dollars. I called and asked why the jump, and the person on the phone said it was because she was not a plumber and didn't know the difference between a cartridge and a valve. 1. If she didn't know what a valve was, how did she know there needed to be a hole. And when I asked, she responded that most plumbing situations needed a hole... 2. Why would she be allowed to give estimates if she doesn't know plumbing? I would highly discourage anyone from using these people. They give you a good price to get in the door, run late and then triple the estimate because they don't know plumbing."

His crew was simply amazing!!! They were on time, extremely polite, responsive, professional and even worked a 15 hour day to complete the pipe work so we could be back up and running. This included cutting some 60++ feet of cement in our basement and carrying it all up a flight of stairs and out. they left everything spotless. If we could give Rashad and Pipe it up 10 stars we would! Hopefully we don't need anymore plumbing work but if we ever do, we won't be calling anyone else. They are truly the very best!"

The rep on the phone was friendly and courteous, and was able to schedule someone to come out within a couple of hours of my call. Earlier than the quoted time, Juan showed up and immediately got to work. He was also extremely professional and courteous, explaining the work he was doing step-by-step, and was able to clear the blockage in about 45 minutes! He also provided advice and recommendations on how to prevent future blockage. Absolutely fantastic service with very reasonable pricing, I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!"

"I called the office Wednesday morning and they sent Paul out later that evening and he repiped and unclogged my kitchen sink in about 2 hours. Everyone was professional and really nice, left us satisfied and charged a fair price. We'll definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks Paul! Called a few weeks later as the pipes were leaking. They sent someone out promptly and tightened everything up and dropped some advice on how to keep everything running smoothly. All has been well since then."
