"We recently called in Parker TV Repair and Mr Jose Guerra came out to work on our system. I was away when he was here but he told my wife that I had agreed to a $200 inspection fee -- I had not - and took the $200 saying he would come back later to effectuate the actual repairs. It has been weeks now and he does not answer his phone nor reply to messages or texts. Avoid this person/firm."

"After calling in Hisense that our tv wasn’t working they connected us to Parker TV Repair. Jose was great. He was responsive, timely and able to fix our tv quickly. Would happily have my tv fixed again by this service if ever needed again, but truly hope the tv is forever good now!"

"Unprofessional service! Was scheduled to have the repair person to the house Friday 8/4/23 from 1-6pm I called to get an updated time and they told me they aren’t coming and need to reschedule…that they are in Pueblo and they would of called me Monday to find a time to reschedule. SO if I didn’t call I would have been waiting around all day for no one to show up."

"Tech was nice, but to get the warranty work done that I needed it took 3 appointments and 5 phone calls. Work was good, and tech was very nice and apologetic but also wasted my time and my tv was down for 3 weeks."
