"Do not come here! Was on a layover for my flight to San Francisco and stopped by to get a battery replacement for my iPhone. Once they finished, my volume buttons were no longer working and noticed they did not even bothered to tighten the screws properly. When I took it back to them (at this point the onboarding for my flight was 30 mins away) they said the technicians were gone for the day and refused to take care of it. Spoke with the manager and she said sorry you just won’t get charged for the battery replacement. Like geez thanks for not charging me for damaging my device! On my flight back, I stopped by on the chance that they would be kind enough to fix my phone after the damages caused by them and same story. They refused to take responsibility for the damages to my phone. The manager just told employee to say sorry we just won’t charge you for the battery and to take it somewhere else. Unbelievable! Horrible experience and poor customer service overall. There’s other places within the airport for these services if you need am emergency repair. Do not come here unless you want to get your phone back damaged."
"I just had the badly cracked screen protector on my iPhone replaced by the very kind, wonderful, efficient and proficient Kaden. Thank you for making my phone beautiful again! You made my day!!"
"The problem with getting your screen fixed in an airport is that when there are issues, you can't really come back to get them fixed. The lady who fixed it, spent the entire time talking on her phone, through her airpods, and had to use two different screens because the first one didn't work... Well apparently the second one didn't work either but she didn't want to waste more product. About a month after getting my screen replaced (in mid May), the screen started to detach itself from my phone. I put tape on it in the hopes of keeping it on the phone since it was really expensive to replace but today my phone fell, with their provided screen protector, and the bottom of the screen didn't really crack like screens normally crack, the screen cracked from inside, making it unusable because I can't even use my code to unlock it as it won't read me pushing the 4. I will now have to pay about the same amount I paid to have it repaired 6 months ago to get it replaced completely. Do not get your screen replaced in an airport, just don't. It is not worth the money."
"I had a crack in my screen protector and an hour in between flights. I stopped by Fix 'N Fly nearest the food court. There I met Emil. Emil was perhaps the friendliest person in all of Denver Airport. He greeted me with a smile, which in fact is the primary reason I opted to have my screen protector replaced in the airport. Emil talked with me and my partner about the things that he enjoyed about Denver and the joys of working at the airport. These are qualities that are hard to find in customer service. Emil finished replacing the screen protector in a few minutes and took pride in his accomplishment. Because of Emil, Fix 'N Fly gets 5 stars... and of course, Emily fixed did a great job replacing the screen protector."
"Amazon product listed here at 500% of the Amazon list price. They gave me a 30% discount. Still paid 350% of the Amazon price. Explained the situation later and was denied a further discount. To be fair, it seems like a decent product, and I know airport prices are higher. 350% airport markup is unethical, in my opinion."
