"When my HVAC system needed to be replaced (2 furnaces and 2 A/Cs), I obtained quotes from four companies and decided on Allied Heating & A/C, a company I had done business with for 16 years. The technician, Elyas, had impressed me with his extensive knowledge and professionalism. He explained in great detail how the new system would work and differ from the old one. He answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. On the morning of installation, Elyas and his crew, consisting of Armando, Keyvan and Sam showed up on time and went straight to work covering the floor and work areas with protective materials. "I've used Allied Heating and Air Conditioning for the last few years and always had premium service. Today, Keyvan and his associate came over for scheduled maintenance which all went well...but also alerted me that they discovered the gas line (Yellow Flex) to my heater has developed a leak which they quickly replaced with stainless steel flex pipe. He was very detailed in his inspections and showed me the readings on his test equipment in real time showing me the current condition of my heater.
