But they would do their beat to get it done that day. Confirmed that the store when I got there that they would be able to make it happen. Phoned ahead of my appointment, and someone named Wes(?) alerted me that my claim had not gone through with my carrier and walked me through the process to get it done same-day. Stasya was the employee that repaired my phone and took care of my claim. She was fantastic, informative, and communicated thoroughly on what she was doing and got my phone back to tip-top shape in just ~2 hours! Definitely recommend."

"Made an appointment with CPR for an iPhone battery replacement the day before and upon arriving only had to wait a couple of minutes for Wes, the manger, to help us. He did a check on my phone's status and a check with Apple to make sure they were OK with the replacement. They had the replacement on hand and 4 hours later I got a call that the phone was ready to go. The phone is operating like new. Very professional, courteous and friendly!
