"Sometimes when it rains, it pours. And it quite literally did for us during the freeze in January 2024 when we had two dozen pipes that burst in our commercial property. Thomas worked for 2 days finding all the problems in our very difficult to navigate attic plumbing. He ensured everything was fixed and was reasonable with the cost. Because of this good experience, I then asked Thomas to take care of replacing my household water heater. Desiree and Holly helped get everything set up effectively, even when I had to reschedule. Thomas, Carter, and Chris were able to get it installed quickly and correctly (vs. the house builder who definitely did not). Carter and Chris are apprentices and they were fantastic, which I heard my dog also thought as she "assisted" with the install. I've already recommended the company to others and will continue utilizing them in the future."
"I unfortunately had a plumbing emergency (broken pipe) after hours on the weekend, and Quality First was the first company to get back to me. They sent out an unlicensed plumber - he told me that he’s hopeful to get his first license in a few months. He asked to use some of my personal tools for the job. He ultimately had to cut the pipe and cap it, and in doing so he popped through the back wall in multiple locations with his reciprocating saw (this is the wall opposite of where he cut a 12” access hole allowing full access to the pipes). He then left a large burn (6-8” round) on the back drywall when soldering the cap onto the copper pipe. This level of service cost over $500 and left me with damages that could have easily been avoided by an experienced technician."

"Quality 1st has been great to work with from the phone call to the office this morning to the finish a few hours later. Desiree asked all of the right questions and set up an appointment right away. Holly continued to keep us advised of the status of the appointment. Gavin arrived well within the time quoted, and ready to work. They were all very friendly and helpful. Gavin took the time to ask us for the details of what had occurred before the back up of the water into the basement. We advised him of what another company had found, on 2 separate trips here, which was that the drain to the sewer was clear. However the basement flow drain, although no longer overflowing, was still not draining properly. Gavin checked the drain to the sewer, but also took the time to investigate all of the possible drain problems, and found the clog in the pipe system in our crawl space. He was able to clear it and then tested it all to make sure the basement flow drain was operating as it should. In other words he did a wonderful job and we all appreciate it!"
"I’m very happy with Quality First. The person scheduling the appointment was helpful, pleasant and was able to move up my time. Chris showed up on time Sunday at about -5º. We went over the fun project ahead. He went with me to Lowes to get the right faucet. Chris put in a new main shutoff valve as the old one was getting iffy. He replaced all of the old valves under the sink and installed the new faucet. As with most home projects there’s always one rusted nut or drip that gives you fits. Chris had a few but with a smile he made sure everything was right and tight before he left at 7:45 pm. He took all of the old faucet parts and hoses. I had him give me an estimate on a new water heater, I’m thinking that's next."
