Also shout out to Richard for being an amazing worker he made sure I understood everything and made me feel comfortable about leaving my bike with them!!!"

"My only complaint was that the turn around took much longer than expected, however I really can't hold shipping delays against the shop. To their credit they did offer the do enough of the repairs and have it in a running condition so I could go ride over a holiday weekend. I declined but really appreciated it. The level of care and attention to detail was much higher than expected and pricing was competitive. I will be returning"

"These guys are awesome! They fairly and honestly diagnosed my transmission issue which was due to the final drive not the transmission itself and only charged for the fair repair. They also noted a few other things that I was aware of or were recommended by mileage/service interval and completed all work timely as parts arrived. This will be my new go to shop for future maintenance for all my bikes."

"Overpromised. Waited 2 weeks to get my bike in b/c of the good things I had heard. They had it for 5 days and assured me that during this time they would be able to get me an estimate before I left town so that they could be working on it while I was gone. They did not get me an estimate until after I left. It took a week longer to get it. I had difficulties responding to it because I was overseas. It wasn't until I got back that I was able to confirm the repairs. It then took 3 weeks to get parts. While working on it they had to order another part which took just under 2 more weeks. Total repair time was just over 2 months. Everyone was nice and Richard was good to work with."
