"I explained to the repair man the issues we've been having with LG refrigerator. How a previous tech, different company came out, diagnosed problem as motherboard and fans weren't working. Got motherboard and asked this company to install. For 10 minutes worth of work they told they charged $180. Not a big deal. However, when I asked the guy if he was going to check the fans after he installed motherboard, he just said it takes 30 minutes to do updates, so wait 24 hours and tell me if it works or not. In addition, he checked the compressor and told me it's so new he doesn't know if it's working correctly. Why would I ever use this company again??!!!"
