My first call was to Brian at Efficient Plumbing Services when I had a plumbing problem. My basement ceiling had fallen down and a ton of water was continuously leaking. Brian made time in his busy schedule to fix my plumbing issue with his incredible knowledge and expertise. "I called Brian regarding having my basement drain "snaked" because it had been backing up slightly. He assured me that his technician Carlos would do a fine job. Carlos arrived within three hours and proceeded to snake my drain lines from below the kitchen faucet to the exterior outlet in the basement. He also performed a digital camera inspection for me to review. Throughout the service Carlos was amicable, professional and provided insight into maintaining my sewer lines.
