"Jeff and his techs do great work on my audi and look out for there customers too. These cars are not cheap but they saved me more than the dealership. I will continue to go to them!"
"I have used Autoworks for both a Porsche and BMW over the last several years. Up until recently, I would have highly recommended them, however, my recent experience and the total lack of accountability has altered my view. Last July, during the hottest days of the year, I dropped my M6 off for a transmission issue and a battery replacement. The transmission issue was resolved, however, when I went to pick up my car the windshield had a gigantic crack all the way across. There had been a chip in the windshield for over 5 years without issue, so the crack clearly was the result of the technician starting the car in 100 degree weather and turning on the A/C at full blast. What happens when you introduce ice cold to burning hot or vice-versa? The manager and technician basically told me "too bad, so sad, not our fault." Disappointed with their response, I called and left a message for the owner Mark. Seven months later and I am still waiting for a response. While not pleased, I could probably live with a cracked windshield without submitting a poor review, but what makes matters worse is that this professional automotive repair shop, supposedly well versed in the German cars it services, replaced the quite expensive battery yet, inexplicably, failed to register it meaning all fault codes and engine failure warnings never re-set and the car was not drivable as the engine would go into a protection due to the low voltage reading. Tremendously disappointed in Autoworks Colorado. Perhaps a poor review will finally encourage Mark to be a hands-on and reputable owner willing to take responsibility for the actions and negligence of his employees. Or, maybe not, but at least the public will be aware of his practices."
"Mark and his team took care of my beautiful 944 Porsche for years. They the job right the first time and maintained my vehicle on a regular basis. They are true Porsche enthusiasts and treated my Porsche as if it were theirs... and their prices for services are great. The maintenance completed on my 944 really paid off as it gave me many years of worry free enjoyable driving and allowed me to get top dollar for it when it was time to sell it."
"I've been bringing my Audis to Mark for service since the early 2000s, and have had nothing but great service at reasonable prices. Before that, I had taken my car to the dealership, and felt ripped off every step of the way with them. Mark offered much lower labor rates and much more optimistic and sensible solutions. Mark kept my 1997 A4 in top running condition through 267k miles - in a way that was affordable, and the car was always reliable. I now have a 2013 A4, and Mark & his staff at Autoworks keep it updated with regular service appointments that are always far less costly than any services I've ever had done by a dealership. Once, when my 1997 A4 had an issue, I took it to a repair shop closer to my home out of expediency. Big mistake. I ended up back with Mark and never looked back. With Autoworks, I know I'll never be subjected to the high pressure up-sell spiel that the dealerships just love to do. Great service, reasonable prices, always reliable and friendly."
"I have taken my 2004 Audi A4 to Autoworks several times and have always been impressed by the friendly, courteous, and professional service I receive each time I come in. Last week my car needed a Crank Position Sensor which was repaired in a timely manner for a reasonable price and now my car runs great!! Courtney Harris the Front Office Manager was extremely helpful. She kept me informed on the status of my repair and went above and beyond to give me a quote on additional repairs that I was most likely not even going to have done. I will continue to have my Audi serviced at Autoworks and would recommend them to anyone needing repair on their German Import."
