"So I came in to pick Up an order that I he placed and I went to the pick up desk Gerald a heavier set Mexican guy told me the order had been placed and paid for but said there was nothing he could do.his customer service was horrible get then preceded to tell me in a ride tone. The staff at this location in general have horrible attitudes and every time i come they don’t acknowledge me. Maybe Best Buy needs to restaff this location"
"NOT EVEN A STAR!!! I walked 1 hour 47 seven minutes--I don't drive, I don't own a car--to Best Buy on 4100 E Mexico Ave. with my old computer. After the long walk, a Geek Squad customer service associated asked me if I had a "ticket". "No ticket. I just have my computer that needs to be fixed". There was only another customer and said: "You have to get a tick. We don't deal with walk-ins. Come back another day!" What!!!!!???? Another walk in the middle of the winter. NO WAY. "I took my laptop in for some repairs the first week of January. I came back the next week when I received an email that it was ready to pick up so I went in and they couldn't find it anywhere... They told me to come back tomorrow and they would look more. I came back and they still couldn't find it but they resolved the problem by buying me a brand new one. I really didn't lose anything because my files were all backed up and I got a brand new $900 laptop out of the deal. Can't really complain exchanging a 4-5 year old laptop for a brand new one! Thank you Geek Squad for resolving the issue so quickly. I really enjoy the new laptop!"
