"I mean ... come on now. John and John ... the Johns... they showed up for an estimate, and in a little over two hours, the job was completed and the bill was paid. The price was absolutely fair and reasonable, and they stepped outside to let me cut the drywall and save a few bucks. We had another company come give us an "estimate" for the repair, that was really just an assessment of our system and in now way an actual estimate of the work that was needed in that moment. "My disposal was backing up, so I called High 5. John came out on day 1. He was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. I couldn't get the sink plug out of the drain, so I called them back the next day. On day 2 they sent out Larry, who was here within a couple of hours and was equally accommodating. They were out earlier this year for a different issue, with a third plumber. I don't recall his name, but I really liked his caring attitude. This makes three out of three great experiences. Hopefully I won't need to call a plumber anytime soon, but when I do, it will be High Five!"
