"I dont even want to rate this place a 1star.. the owners name is Coach and he owes my dad 180 for working for him. He doesn't pay his taxes for his so called business. My dad came home telling me stories of how this so called man would go and pick up tvs from houses and is rude to the customers for nothing to be wrong with the TV and still charge them more then 200 to "fix" a problem. The business of bureau will be contacted."
"Very dissatisfied with the service I received from this company there was hardly any communications from them I called every Monday four a month to check on it only once did they responded to me said they needed about a hour to finish the repair they would try it and let me know if it would work and then deliver it they wouldn’t even call me to let me know if it’s working I had to call customer service with direct tv to find out about my tv they told direct tv that it was unrepairable very displeased with the service from the company on communication ability"
"I dropped a 80 inch Vizio for repair and after a year of being there with no updates whatsoever he told me he took it apart ( probably to sell it repaired other TVs) and destroyed the rest. I had to call every few months with the same answer: “still looking for the part” He could have the decency to call me to let me know he was going to destroy my TV. As far as l know he could have repaired it and sold it to somebody else. This TV repair shop is very unprofessional, dishonest and rude. I wish l had read the reviews before l dropped my TV there for repair. On top of it he kept my 100.00 deposit eventhough he never did a proper diagnosis on it. I just finished filings a complaint with the BBB. Please read all the reviews and make a conscious decision before you request their service or drop off your TV to be repaired."
"I had called the store about a possible repair for my Sony Bravia T.V. and I just asked for an estimate over the phone of what they thought it would be. Just a simple question and I was immediately met with a sarcastic tone of,”Oh you want me to put my fingers into the t.v. through the phone and find out the price”. I had then told him that he was rude and didn’t need his service and hung up. I wouldn’t of left a review if it stopped there. But Mike called me back at least 4 times to attempt to argue with me and was angry I hung up on him. He then exclaimed,”YOU HUNG UP ON ME AND YOU ARE NOT WELCOME IN MY STORE”. Maybe because I have an accent that he thought this behavior was okay but I would not recommend coming here. The customer service is absolutely rude and this store is run by children who think that harassing a potential client that asked a simple question is okay. Please do not come here!"
"A1 Factory Service was a 3rd party used by Dish to repair our TV. Neither gentleman had a mask on when they entered our home. Nor did they address themselves to let us know exactly who they were before walking in. The owner used my TV several times like a table top for his tools while the part was replaced. He spoke down to us during the entire appointment. Instead of powering the TV off correctly, he had his assistant pull the power cord out of the back of the TV multiple times. I've kept the cellophane on the border of the TV and without asking he ripped that off stating the remote needed it removed in order to work which was not the case at all because the remote has worked without issue he was simply pointing the remote at the wrong corner of the TV. When he left, the entire TV wobbled like a bobble head and he stated it was due to being on a towel (placed on our kitchen table to keep it from getting scratched). The TV sat firmly against the stand prior to him taking it apart, when I mentioned this, he responded I had just never noticed it before. I have a 2yr old that is always running around and the TV has never moved, it now shakes side to side when walking across the floor."
