"This review is long overdue. My vehicle was suppose to be fixed with hailpro back in August. I sent Nathan the money my insurance gave me to start repairs after dropping of my vehicle. I asked for an update at the beginning of September, I was told they were waiting for my insurance agent to go out to their shop to approve the supplemental. Mid September I ask for another update no answer and my calls were being sent straight to voicemail. I decided to call my insurance company instead, I was told they never received anything. I reached back out to Nathan about this new information. I was then told the supplemental was submitted a couple times and that this has been a major issue with insurance companies. I then asked if they can CC me in the email or have me send it to them, as I was happy to talk to them and confirm they received it so we can get it resolved. Heard nothing back and didn't receive anything either. Come late September still no update and still getting ignored. I decided to call my insurance company one more time and got the same response. I decided to go to the shop instead to get answers. My vehicle was sitting outside and had zero work done to it. I decided to take my vehicle back and do repairs somewhere else. I returned the rental vehicle they provided that same day, which was the only good thing that came out of this. I requested Nathan to return the insurance money back to me and received no response. I tried calling and was still getting sent to voicemail. Come late October still no response and I decided to send another message and received no response. I then called the shop and surprisingly was greeted by Anthony and was asked to email him so he can look into this. I sent him an email explaining the situation. At that point I was getting ready to take the matter to small claims court. I finally was able to get my money back a few days into November. However, this should have not taken that long. It was a very stressful time and never experienced something like this. Save yourselves from going through a similar experience."

A complimentary loaner was clutch since I didn't have rental coverage on my insurance and they even went above and beyond to do a chrome delete on my window trim they were replacing. That plus in house windshield replacement and handling the whole insurance process was great. Came out beautiful and even got the vehicle detailed before returning it to me."
