"We had an absolutely horrible experience with the Highlands Ranch location. I had a cracked screen on my fairly new Apple Watch. It took them nearly a week to replace the screen. Then, about two weeks later the watch started to malfunction. They looked at it and said that they had incorrectly replaced the watch face. They replaced it again. Again- about a week turn around. I took it home, placed it on the charger and the watch face literally came off (as seen in the picture). They then replaced it again. I tried the watch before I left the store and it didn’t work (despite them saying it did). Several hours later I got a call saying that there was irreplaceable water damage. I don’t wear my watch in the shower and they told me the water damage was caused by sweat….Despite multiple phone calls and physically going to the store they refused to return my broken watch to me. They eventually gave me a refund for the money I spent having them attempt to break my watch. They were incredibly rude and condescending throughout the entire process. This place should be called you break, we break even more. Avoid going here at all costs"

"One guy told me it was under warranty and ordered part. Came back n they wanted to charge me 400+ to repair it. I had them confirm warranty work. It was covered.. they need to leave detail comments on whats going... make sure you keep on them. They never called when part came in I had to stop back in and ask. Otherwise fixed the phone did good work.."
