"Greeted as soon as I stepped out of the car. Usually I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. The service writer talked to me very soon after. She was very pleasant and took time to listen to me about the issue I was having and let me demonstrate the problem. She kept me informed about the repair. This was the best experience I have had for service in a long time. By chance the technician who work on my vehicle was at the service writers desk. He was also very pleasant and explained what he had to do to repair the vehicle. I enjoyed talking with him."
