"Last time I used them it was perfect install quick response but this time it took a month to get a estimate and another couple weeks to even get scheduled had to keep calling them awasn’t the happiest this time work was completed well"

"Paid over $2k for a single window with this company to replace this window. They did a hack job. Replaced the screws holding the frame with the incorrect length screws (old screws were painted new are clearly new)they installed one which was too long and led to it hitting an adjacent window. When the temperature dropped this caused the adjacent window to crack so we called EAP assuming they have a warranty they sent someone out to look at it and instead of a repair order confirming the damages they sent a quote. When I advised the sales rep who called with the quote that it was a warranty issue he stated they wouldn't warranty it. They also charged almost $500 for a board up. Place is over priced and doesn't stand behind their work. Techs themselves are kind and I doubt this mistake happened on purpose but management needs to stand behind their work."
