"Awesome experience, my plumber was Jason. He was able to replace my leaking water heater with a new tankless within in a few days. He was extremely honest about the pros and cons of going to a tankless and didn't try to push me in either direction. Since I wanted to go to a tankless and all the parts had to be ordered, he let me know that the current state of my water heater meant I should turn the water off to it if I went away for any extended period of time. That information made it easy for me to avoid any damage to my house while waiting for the short time it took to get the tankless installed. On the day of installation the radical change from a normal 30 gallon water heater to a high efficiency tankless water heater that had to be positioned differently and vented differently only took a few hours. Overall I don't see how such an unpleasant thing as having my water heater fail could have gone any better."
