"Had a case/skin replaced on a laptop. When I picked it up a screw was cross threaded and one of the rubber feet came off. This was before I left the store. I was told to "just glue it back on". When I got the computer home I realized it was installed incorrectly and my keyboard had a large hump in it. I was also missing SIX screws from the case and it didn’t have a power button and the case had dings in it. It appearsto be a used case that was sold to me as new. I called repeatedly and left messages trying to resolve the issues with no return call. Pretty shotty work for a $300."

"Took a laptop in for repair. Price is pleasantly lower than Geek Squad and you dont need to ship in your computer and wait for a whole week or two before you get it back or even an answer on if they can repair it. Turnaround time for me was under 12 hours. The reason i am not giving it a 5 star is because the screen used for the original repair was the incorrect screen sent by his distributor. However, Carl replaced the mishap for no cost and no struggle."
