"If I could give 0 stars I would. I filed a claim through Samsung care and took my device in to get a replacement screen. They installed a defective screen that 6 days later showed a white lcd line down my screen I called to get yet another replacement they told me to bring in my device to initiate a work order for when the part was in they could call me. I took it in and they said they can not do that and can't have a work order just "lingering" in their system. It has now been a month, and they refuse to do anything about it, they pretty much leave you on your own and do not follow through with their own 1 year warranty policy for their parts and repairs."
