"Well I got to say hi to my co-workers and a really big shout out to Bree and Gabe the 2 bestest bosses ever"
"I came in on my lunch break after noticing that my car was leaking oil, after I had taken it in for an oil change at a different location. All of the oil leaked out of my car between Saturday when it was changed and Monday when I noticed. The guys here were super friendly and fast acting to fix the mistake of the other location. I drive a Volkswagen and I know not every mechanic knows how to work on German cars. They called the other location that made the mistake so the tech knew what mistake he made to prevent it from happening to someone else in the future. Great and quick customer service and techs!"
"Great, quick and easy. A bit pricey but they offer roadside assistance and check the fluids and overall health of the vehicle. They even recommended a great place for transmission service."
"I have tried 3 times this week to get my oil changed here. Each time I was turned away due to "excessive wait times". Today there was 1 car in the bay and no other cars waiting. The second bay was blocked off. I was told it would be between 45 - 90 minutes to wait before we could get my car into the bay. I guess they are just not staffed for business or are not interested."
"Went in for a regular oil change before a road trip and was the only customer there at the time. They changed the oil quick. Problem is that they checked the transmission fluid and then DID NOT put the dipstick back in. So 10 minutes down the highway the car is smoking heavily and I pop the hood to find the dipstick not even close to being in. Now, I’ve got to top off the fluids and clean it because I don’t live near this location. When I called the manager acknowledged their fault and offered to clean it the next day, but I’ve got no time to got back and the damage is done. Surely there’s an SOP for this process that includes returning the dipstick to its correct position. Edit: it’s differential fluid and it’s very low"
