"Amazing customer service! We had a bit of an issue with some other guests being rude to us & the staff handled the situation perfectly. I enjoyed the movie with my family & the food was amazing. "My spouse and I really like this Alamo Drafthouse theater. The service is always excellent, the theaters are always clean and the food is truly great. It's like eating out at a nice restaurant. If you avoid theaters because of noise--whether it's talking or cellphone use--we've never experienced any such issues. Add to that the occasional rewards and you just can't beat this for a night out! The only reason that I didn't give it a five star review is that sometimes they have passed on showing some great movies."

"Small theatre, so it wasn't super crowded. Comfy recliner chairs. New and older movies. Love the videos before the movie much better than the usual boring messaging at other theaters. The people are very inviting. The entry price is great. Getting food and drink and FLAVORED popcorn served to you at a movie is the only way to go. Only complaints are that their menu is limited, Fish n Chips... Burgers, Pizzas.. stuff like that. Plus, they were out of a few items. It was too dark to eat, I can't imagine trying to eat a pizza or salad in there... lol Their wine pours were tiny like two swigs and gone not even half full. For $15, I'd like a larger pour. Maybe I'll just order a bottled drink next time. Overall, I will be back!! It's better than the usual movie experience for me."

"I went to see The Little Mermaid here with my best friend while we were vacationing in Colorado this past summer. The theatre was nice and clean and the seats were comfortable. The staff working there were all very nice as well."

"A fun place for a family outing or date night! Food and drinks are a bit pricey, but that's typical for any theater. I ordered the Grasshopper from their Boozy Shakes menu. I asked if this was going to be thick like a shake with ice cream and was told yes. However, it was not thick at all and I would describe it as mint milk. Not recommended. I sent that back. The pizza was good but a bit greasy. The Cobb salad was delicious and sizable! The seats were clean and very comfortable. Tables do not swivel to be in front of you. So when eating you either have to have it on your lap or lean forward to the table tray. I was here for a business meeting, but the ads for the coming movies seemed very fun. Lots of older movies and cult classics! Bathrooms were very clean."
