"What a disappointment! Esthetically pleasing but the art of service and hospitality is dead. You would think this would be a place where you would still find these dwindling considerations but apparently the Westin no longer cares. We were there with a medium sized conference and just about everyone we talked to had the same experiences. Even down to Simply getting a receipt over the phone the entire experience was completely unpleasant. I'm praying our event coordinators take this into consideration from this point forward. If this was how so many people within our company felt about the experience I'm sure our customers felt the same way."

"Location, Location, Location and convenience to the Riverside Gondola is the ONLY thing going for this place, otherwise it's your ordinary Westin hotel. Not sure I'd call this a resort. They have one mediocre restaurant, a very cold pool (probably 80 degrees in Winter) , a gym, and 3 hot tubs, all shared by paying members also. The rooms are tiny, walls are paper thin, the TV didn't work, half the lights didn't work, and half the outlets didn't work. Not really worth the asking price, I like Arrowhead Village better."

"Gorgeous ski lodge, spectacular views. Great pool and 3 hot tubs at various temperatures were great. Convenient location with the ski gondola attached to resort. Well appointed rooms with fill kitchens. Walking distance to other restaurants and shops. We had a great time!"

"One of the BEST hotels we have stayed in by far. Valet service, shuttle service, manager, housekeeping ALL perfect. Each day we were met with smiling faces who were ready to give us tips and recommendations on what to do and go the extra mile. Room service cleaned our room each day and it was spotless upon our return. Special thanks to valet TONY and manager SCOTT for going above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. Thanks guys!"

"Let me just start out saying that I’m writing this review while only being at the property for less THAN 24 HOURS!!! Yes!! That’s how amazing this property is. It’s been a warm welcoming experience as you’re greeted with chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate, the valet service is next level as well as the easy check in. The property itself is beautiful and very clean and modern with some amazing views. The hotels bar is top tier with amazing views as well. The rooms are excellent very cozy and clean and modern with alot of space. Location! Location! Location! I’ve definitely found my getaway spot!!"
