She responded with no we don’t carry Buchanan and then she entered a moment of silence. Before breaking eye contact I said ok and walked out. Not one recommendation for alternative options or an invitation to order it for me. Not all businesses hold a high level of customer service."

"Great place to shop at. Very friendly and welcoming staff, i enjoy chatting with sometimes. Great selection of drinks and none-alcoholic items too. Only downside is, dont think you can pop in and out near closing time. Doors can be locked 15 minutes prior to closing. Dont be like me, save your gas money. Great place though and no way a reflection as a whole."
"Super friendly staff, first of all. Great selection and prices! I found the Japanese whisky i was looking for and also some fun local whisky! Additionally, on Fridays from 4:30-7pm, they have tastings in store! I tasted a bunch of wines and it was just a great experience! My loyalty is with J&K."
