Reviews of Courtesy Liquors
"Won’t be back. I had been going to this liquor store for awhile they start seeming like they were nice people. Boy was I wrong. The whole family had a ugly demeanor today and increase the prices on items. Now they are ripping customers off with inflated prices or maybe they just inflated the prices for me only. Don’t know which is the case. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have had a bad experience. So I won’t be back. You can keep your insincere ugly attitude to yourselves. Hope you stop while your ahead just a heads up there are other liquor stores close by and your terrible attitudes may cause you to go out of business. Your not the only liquor store around and to be treated well I prefer going inside to purchase items then getting bad treatment at your drive through window. You people the father son and the female which is the wife and or mother possibly act like a bunch of LOSERS. Good luck not the day and age to act the way you do don’t treat others the way you treated me today and over price items because the wrong person won’t be as nice as me. Be careful with who you are evil towards."
"Have been going here, through the drive through, for over 3 years, but today will be our last. The woman who waited on me was less than pleasant from the get go. When she brought my purchase out the window, it was but end first and I couldn't get a grip on it. I advised her politely that I needed the bag handles. She then thrusted the bags at me and tossed my change at me. I had to get out of the car to retrieve. I went inside to ask her what her problem was but I couldn't understand her. I told her and her husband that they just lost our business and she just stood there and laughed. Maybe it's time she realized they are not the only store in town."
"I've been going here for over a year and a half. Recently I presented them with a $20 which they said was counterfeit. Also accused me of bringing a counterfeit $100 on new years eve. Apparently I was the ONLY one that brought them a $100 dollar bill on new years eve. I'm self employed and the client I worked for that morning had been with me for 4 years, and i know she didn't leave me counterfeit money, I'm not even going to accuse them. I took the $20 to my bank and they said it was authentic. I'm really trying to understand why they are doing this to me. Only answer I can give is how I look. I'm working on paying them back the $100, then I won't return there. Worst part is that they're stuck on blaming me, won't admit that it could have been someone else. She checked the $100 in front of me and it stayed yellow, the same with the $20 yet she told me it was fake. Wish I could sue them. Feels like discrimination. I have trouble sleeping as a result of this accusation. I can only pray that they figure out who actually did this to then and have enough integrity to give me back this $100 in repaying."
"Out of my near by liquor stores, I’ve always opted for this mom and pop location. They have a convenient drive thru window if you’re in a hurry and the owners are both very sweet once they recognize you around! Worth the extra cost to avoid the typical riff raff of Colfax and Havana."
