They even allow charge accounts for folks that can't actually afford to be falling down drunk every day. "I placed an order for delivery, which was cancelled not even 10 minutes later. I never received any notification that it had been cancelled. An hour later, when I checked on the status is when I realized it was cancelled. I called the store. A man answered, and said he would find out what happened and give me a call right back. No one ever called me back. I understand people are short staffed right now, but this is the poorest customer service. I will never even attempt to give this place my business again. If you are so short staffed that you can't offer delivery, then don't offer it? Also, when you say you're going to call someone back? Maybe do that..."

"This place has improved drastically since the change in ownership. I used to avoid this store like the plague until I found out they changed management, and now it's great! I certainly don't miss the grumpy old owners. The selection has only gotten better, and so has the staff. And thank goodness for that, I was walking way out of my way for cigarettes just to avoid the grumpy old owners. They were awful. Very glad to see how the store has improved!"
