"I've had the same experience as the customer, Wolf Lover, who commented previously and with the same clerk. The first time it happened, I wasn't sure and thought perhaps I'd miscalculated. Today, I brought in 2 winning lotto tickets for redemption. One was a $9 winner and the second, $3. This employee told me my winnings were $12. I purchased $19.00 worth of Cash 5 tickets and a $3.00 lotto ticket. I should have paid $10 after deducting my winnings, but he insisted I owed him $13.00 and then promptly threw the old tickets and redemption papers into the trash, after crumbling them up. Now I know he's as crooked as can be! In the future, if he's at the counter, I will drive to another store"

"I went in to 711 today and there was a Indian worker that can't speak good English and he over charges me. Thus has happened on multiple occasions. He also didn't change His gloves the whole time I was in there and he was touching my food and then the kiosk and cash then touching food again. He did this with another customer as well. He couldn't understand a basic question. I paid for everything and asked for the buffalo roller I already paid for and he tried to put everything back and grab it. He can't understand basic English and he over charged me. This needs to be fixed."

"worst service the young male clerk was on the phone and NOT paying attention, had to repeat myself several times, over charged me. Like I said he was on the phone the entire time."

"I have lived in and been a customer of this store for 12 years now and ever since the owner built his Golden location, this store has suffered. In and out managers/employees, parking lot always has trash, store randomly closed for "technical issues", excessive crime and so on. He should give up this store just like he did his Wadsworth store and let someone who cares and has pried in their accomplishments and the neighborhood take it over."

"I live right down the way from this 711 and last Wednesday November 2nd 2022 I went in to buy a vape and not only was the store incredibly clean and well stocked but the 2 men working the cash registers were truly a joy to converse with! The one was an a gentleman that works for 711 traveling to other stores all around Colorado I think he said doing maintenence or something of the sort but just worked at this store for extra cash, he deserves a raise he is a lovely soul and not to mention could answer any question about prices or whatever without having to check. Just a wonderful crew you had working there around 5pm. I will def be going there from now on!"
