"They think they're sneaky!! They have 2 phone numbers and 2 different sets of prices for the same apartments one for apartments.com and one for the website that they own... I called the apartments.com number and they hung up when I said hello... So I called the website number and they told me to call the property manager which is ANOTHER different phone number... they gave me 6 out of the 10 digits needed (the area code and 3 more numbers 719-464) then they hung up on me when I started laughing at the fact that there are 3 different numbers to call for 1 apartment... I wanted an apartment but then I saw all of the 1 star ratings.... (even the review that states that they STOLE this woman's application payments and never even called her back... that's $70 just gone) PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! FIND A PLACE WITHOUT ROACHES AND BED BUGS LMAO!!!"

"Management is rude and plays favorites with tenants. Lets tenants go without heat for days before getting it fixed. Had to talk to maintenance to get my fridge replaced ,after telling the manager three times it was going out. Management said it wasn't her job and that I had to put the work order in myself online. She likes to walk around and threaten tenants by saying she is from corporate and she is the final say on things. Use to be a nice place to live, not anymore."

"Are you a hard working young adult going to school or getting up early in the morning to head off to work? Well definitely do not move into this place if that's the case. I have never experienced a more disrespectful set of office workers who do not care whether or not your neighbours are blasting music at 3am even if you have to be up for work at 5am. Or if another pair of neighbours do not have an active job therefore finding it funny to purposely make as much noise as possible knowing you had asked the management if they could maybe ease down on the noise post 10pm. It seemed that every time an issue came to light and was brought to management they had an excuse or a reason to not care. It takes months of fighting with the office to get anything done and even then, you would be better off just fixing a problem yourself. Broken garbage disposal, torn and old screens (creating a flying insect problem.) Fridge had issues, the apartment was not cleaned before we moved in. Essentially there is a laundry list of problems. Oh, and the on site laundry mat is absolutely disgusting and non-functioning. I really have to wonder where the hell my 890$ a month was going considering my apartment was barely running as at least something I could call "home." I was lucky enough to not have a bed bug issue, but there sure were roaches and spiders. If you are someone looking to party all night and have no respect for the people around you, I would suggest moving on in. You are prefered here at the Stonebrook Terrace."

"lived here for there years, and Maintinence never comes to repair anything, they will give every excuse possible to not show up to do their jobs, we've been infested with cockroaches and the office manager took a vacation instead of scheduling pest control to come and fix the problem. when asked about it they have me every excuse and refused to get pest control in that day. they are as joke and not worth the $820 we spend every month for rent."

"Horrible place to live! Middle management (SARA) is RUDE, CONDRSCENDING, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! On Saturday 07/09/2016 our building manager ( nice lady) was told we found BED BUGS in our apartment. She passed it on to MIDDLE MANAGEMENT (SARA) on Monday 07/11. Later that day we got a notice that our apartment will be sprayed on Wednesday 07/19 !!! Are you kidding! That's TEN (10) DAYS FOR THE BUGS TO BREED! How disgusting! I have been married 40 years. In all the places I have been, I NEVER SAW A BED BUG! YUCK! That is just one of the many problems here. If it's not bed bugs it's hook worms, fleas, and roaches! And the first floor FLOODS when it rains. The apartments come with sandbags!"
