"Not a place I would recommend, between the roaches, the super thin walls and no ac in the hot months. Not to mention pathways are never shoveled in the morning after it snows. Oh - also don't forget the loud dogs that howl/bark constantly. Did I forget to mention that you can't pay rent online? Have to drop off checks or arrange to have your bank send them a check monthly. There are much better deals in the area this ain't one of 'em, I would steer clear of this one."

"I would LOVE to give this Apartment Complex 5 stars but there are numerous problems at the moment. If this were to change and problems resolved I would update to 5 Stars. The actual units themselves are very clean, the property owner is been renovating them and bringing them up to date. It's a quiet and clean community for the most part. There are reserved parking spots for every unit. The negative, right now it is very warm (No A/C) and I would love to open my windows. The problem is some newly brought in tenants who have been smoking LOTS of Marijuana openly. There is an addendum in the lease that states nobody living here will have/smoke marijuana or any other substances on the property. The big issue comes in that despite numerous complaints to the property management group who looks over the property nothing is done about it. They never contact you back or take care of the issue. In these old 1960's building smell travels easily because they aren't as 'sealed tight' as new buildings. So sometimes you wake up to your apartment smelling of nothing but Marijuana. I love this apartment, it's quiet, and I haven't heard of any criminal activity. However the large amount of drug usage is a problem, I wouldn't recommend for people with asthma or young children until changes are made and policies enforced."
