"If you're looking to rent here, do not do it. I went to check out the available apartment with a friend of mine today and if I could give zero stars I would. We walked into the apartment and the place smelled like urine or something. I went to open the dishwasher and there were two cockroaches on the dishwasher. At the bottom you can tell that either the sink or washer leaked because there was water damage to the particle board, and it was moldy. Inside one of the hallway closets there was on opening in the wall for maybe a light and you can tell that the bugs infest the whole building because of waste left behind on the wall. The bathtub had mold on the caulking, the medicine/mirror cabinet was falling apart and the paint peeling. Appliances looked old. The floor was damaged. If you value your health, do not live here."

"Absolutely loved it here. Had a single bedroom apartment on the second floor. Quiet neighbors. Apartments sat far enough back that I didn’t hear any traffic. Reserved parking spot was great. Paid utilities and free trash was even better!!! Apartment was clean and very well maintained. NO insect issues as others have stated. Floors were in excellent condition and appliances were bascislly new. Maintenance was very quick to fix minor problems I had (ventilation fan stopped working). I would love to stay here (lived here for 2 years) but family is expanding so needed something with more rooms. Would recommend to everyone I know."

"I lived there a year ago. It was roach infested, bed bug infested, meth head infested. A friend let me stay with her for a fews months there, it was bad. The owners are cruel, rude, and pathetic. Don't move here."
