"The office has been overloaded with new staff/new company changes for awhile so it’s a little hard to get ahold of them in a timely manner. But other than that we love living here. Five stars for Brandon in maintenance! He has always been so professional and kind."

"Dog pee has been covering our balcony from our upstairs neighbors since we moved in 3 months ago.. we contacted the office 3 months ago about it and it still happens everyday. Now the office doesn't even respond about it and we are left unable to use our balcony and forced to live in hazardous and unsafe living conditions."

"The worst place you can stay in. left us without heat in the winter for 3 months. then said they would take us to court for everything they could find when we asked about fixing it before kicking us out of their office. they fabricated damages and billed us over 6 months later after we had to surrender the property due to it being 30 degrees with no heat inside! look elsewhere."

"A NEW COMPANY TOOK OVER! Recently a new company took over the windmills at peak living, I would strongly suggest you find somewhere else to live. The new owners do not care about the tenants. Edit: After the new place took over they started throwing additional fees into my account left and right. Before these people took over I was paying a flat $1,270 a month. Now my bill is almost over $100 more a month! Slumlords! Who have no interest in making a better living situation for their tenants. For over 10 months the lights to get into the main parking lot entrance have been out, and each month they say they're working on it. I've never seen a single truck or person attempt to change the lights, in 10 MONTHS. The laundry room is not safe, my neighbors got shot at going to get their laundry at 8pm. And I've posted a picture of the soda machine in the Laundry room. If you value your life, look for a better place to rent because these people do not care about you, your safety, your comfort, or your well being. Edit: And the drivers here are insane, I've posted a picture of the most recent insanity, doubt that fence will ever get fixed. Before that a lady almost drove into someone's living room if not for the tree blocking her way."
