Aero Place Apartments

"Do not live here, the leasing staff is atrocious. I was trying to buy out my lease early, I had two months left. The lease buyout was 1.5 months rent and they wasted tons of my time just to try to get in touch with them. They also never answer the phone. It took me days and tons of inconvenience just to move out because the staff can't be bothered to do their job or be in the office during business hours. The locking gate also only ever functioned for about a week of the 4 months I lived there. UPDATE 2/08/24: The area manager assured me her staff would shred an outstanding check they had of mine. Today I saw a notification that they cashed it. This property is full of sleazy scumbags who can't do their jobs and lie to there residents. This is unacceptable and I am so happy to be out of this trash apartment complex. Update 03/19/24: Have still yet to receive my deposit back, even though I have been asking and have signed proof my apartment was in good condition upon move out. (Apartment was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in) legal action will most likely be taken against them as they are in violation of Colorado law and are almost at 60 days since receiving my keys."

"It's about time that I wrote this review- a long time coming. I moved from out of state (previously lived in the area a few years back) this location ISN'T the best at all but it was do-able for 6-12 months. That's what I thought. I was living in the first apartment building for about a month until I talked to the manager (she's no longer there) so much about my downstairs neighbors smoking up my apartment + fighting constantly from 1-4am that they moved me to the building near the pool, a little less rowdy but still atrocious living conditions, bugs everywhere, leaks above, the washer/dryers never work, no one takes care of the hallways, the power is always cut off for construction, the building behind me actually caught on fire (nothing was done for the families that were put out of a home), they called a towing company on my car because i had out of state tags (sticker was in my car, taxes were paid, NO NOTICE AT ALL.) I just came outside one day and my car was GONE from the parking spot and I had to call around to find my car and get a ride there + pay $500 in towing fees which the apartment said they were NOT responsible for. The "dog area" is a tiny little area that is never clean and people leave their dogs in while they smoke in their cars. This is just a SMALL portion of what I went through at this place. Proof is still on my phone to THIS DAY. I'd love for someone to tell me none of this true, pictures/videos do not lie. Good luck getting anyone in the office or on the phone, they're probably outside smoking or gone for the day while you freeze in your apartment because the power was cut off again. The WORST experience I have EVER had with an apartment complex in my life. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"The office and maintenance staff at these apartments is amazing. Anytime I've had problems and or concerns they have been professional . Amanda the manager is awesome. One of the most affordable places I can think of in that area. And they have a pool."

"Roaches. I was good for about 6 months and then roaches infested the apartment. Sucks because these are very nice inside. Crime happens a lot. Shootings, fights in the area ect. Staff is absolutely amazing though."

"I’m writing my review solely based on the company who runs the apartments, not the employees on the property. The employees are nice and my tour was wonderful. I applied for an apartment here. They require a 200$ holding fee for the apartment (which isn’t a big deal) no where did it state that I only had 24 hours to cancel the application to receive my 200$ back. Life happens in quick ways and for a company to keep 200$ from someone is absolutely ridiculous and very fraudulent. I’m not saying don’t rent from them but a heads up in case you need to cancel your application for these apartments."
