"You get what you pay for. Rent is reasonable for the area and we've been happy with maintenance. Other tenants in the complex were friendly. However, the surrounding neighborhood is not safe (to the point that we feel the need to be armed outside after dark) and Chelton Ave is impossible to cross to get to the park. Speaking of the park, it's the only place for your dog to go to the bathroom - there is no grass on the property, only mulch and stones. The customer service was fine but they have no excuse not to be as there are less than 60 units on the property. The property manager, Terry, was very friendly, and responsive towards my husband but honestly pretty rude and dismissive towards me. Maintenance requests were usually fulfilled within a few days, with courtesy and professionalism.The biggest issue I had is that it's a smoking friendly community and you arent warned if your neighbors smoke before signing the lease, which I feel is my right to know if I am a non-smoker. Ours do and I can smell it through the walls constantly, it's disgusting. It's 2019, we all know that smoking is one of the worst things you can do to yourself and just because it's allowed in the apartments doesn't mean that non-smoking tenants should be subjected to it. If you bring this up to management the property manager Terry (who, I might add, is a smoker) says "well you knew that when you moved in". WOW. My advice: unless you smoke, are on a really tight budget, and/or don't mind living in the worst part of town, pay a few hundred dollars more for a nicer place in a better location."

"I called trying to find out if thewould have an available unit coming up because I was interested in moving there. The lady basically told me to F off, that they're a small community so they rarely have open units and to call apartments etc. All I asked was if they might have an apartment available for August and I felt like she was so rude about it. Geesh, get a new office worker."

"I actually enjoy living here, our move in day all the neighbors were very friendly and came to say hello, I love the size of the apartments them selves. Superior space for the monthly amount. Im so happy we found this place! the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars would be the interior needs some love new windows would be amazing & the parking sucks!! Other than that I truly love it here! The deposit and pet deposit are super reasonable and I cant tell ya what a blessing Terry (office lady) has been. She's been really sweet throughout our experience here. Ive only been here for a couple months, So im unsure about the pool, but the laundry room ie washers and dryers work just fine. I have no complaints. I love having the Park right across the street and bonus a field and track! I dont think its a terrible neighborhood, I think people are too caught up thinking its a bad area, and so they always see it as such. $590 for 650 SQFT Shoot home is what you make it, and at this price, Im making it home for a long while!"

"I've lived here for my 6 month lease. I wouldn't even use POOR to describe this complex or this management. Poor is giving them a PRAISE. Let's start with the beginning... neighbors don't care if it's a Tuesday night they blare their music..household I understand that's your house your way of living but no this is full out Party blaring in the Parking Lot...not to mention the fun game of throwing glass beer bottles at people's cars, and the sidewalks near the area you see the kids always around. Okay so you call management...in which you are told "Handle it yourself...knock on their door...say something" (effective management right?) Then you have Assigned Parking here with a few spots for guests...well when someone parked in our spot we called security...they're never around they said call management so okay we call management they say call cops and tow service we do that...come to find out the VEHICLE IS STOLEN...awesome. Then let's talk about how out in broad daylight during the days no matter whose around the dope selling to 14-15 yr old kids...super. Not to mention the harrassment you get when you even look at them doing it. Now to mention our neighbors got broken into...windows don't effectively lock in these units. Not to mention the constant cops coming up barely .5 miles up the road because of drive-bys! Save your time and your money... management here doesn't care..okay so I took a bigger approach and contacted the CORPORATION who runs this property...they told me I could email them my complaints and then hung up with me... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR PEOPLE...we are a military family and been serving 8 yrs...this is how you're treated when you have a job...I'm sure if you live off dope dealings and robberies you'll be royalty. I also have children and it's not a child safe zone even though we are barely down the road from an Elementary school."
