"For the price you have to pay for rent and all their fees every month. The parking system is the worst. The ones who do live here and pay rent have to walk 5 buildings just to get a parking spot. The parking is the worst I've ever seen and I've been here 7 years and it's just getting worse every day. Visitors take our spots all the time so we have nowhere to park. It's ridiculous and for all the fees they charge every month we should have assigned parking. And nothing gets done period@"
"Sienna Place is a WONDERFUL apartment complex. They provide great housing at competitive rates. The staff, Suzette and Tiffany, are exceptionally responsive and helpful in navigating the various challenges of apartment living. They work diligently with residents to find the best solutions to problems. I am renewing my lease with firm confidence in another good year. Kudos to Suzette and Tiffany!"
"Rent is way expensive for the area. One of the ladies in the office promised us we didn’t have to pay on the old apartment once we moved out but she left and they wouldn’t hold their end. We had to pay rent for the rest of the month at the old apartment. They also once sent a man who was just looking at apartments to our door WITH A KEY! Thankfully he was smart enough to see it was occupied before he opened it all the way and came in. Maintenance tried just walking in a few times as well. Neighbors were ghetto and their kids were always fighting. The pool was hardly ever open. I wouldn’t go back to living there."
"So I've lived in a lot of dumpster fire apartment complexes, but this one definitely takes the cake in that category. To begin, my brother and I got our apartment set up for moving at the end of February last year. We show up as soon as the office opens so we can start moving in and try to finish moving by the end of the day. They didn't even have our apartment ready for us. The place was a wreck! The screws holding the ceiling fan were lose, my whole stove was wobbly and still only has 2 working burners out of the 4, I had to tighten down my kitchen sink because the whole facet moved and not the correct way, the blinds don't work in one of the bedrooms, both facets in the bathroom still to this day leak, I had to buy a new shower head (which I do anyways) because it was broken and sprayed all the way into the sink over the curtains, and much more issues when we moved in. So my brother and I are working to move into out dumpster fire with both maintenance and a maid service working on our apartment on MOVE IN DAY! So why am I just writing about this about a year later? I figured I'd give them a chance to redeem themselves, but they have failed miserably. Our laundry machines kept getting vandalized by tweekers trying to get the copper, so instead of locking the rooms and giving the residents a key, they just locked up one of the amenities that was promised when I moved in with no access. We haven't had a laundry room here since October and it's mid February. Plus in our lease, we are not allowed cameras, but there has been multiple car break ins at this property. I personally had multiple parts stolen off my motorcycle. The office refuses to do anything to give us security in the parking lot. We have security that sits by the office, but they don't actually drive around the complex. Now I'm being threatened with my vehicle being towed because I park it in the same spot every day. On top of that, there's been at least 3 shootings and a stabbing here in the complex since I moved in. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to rot in hell."
"First of all the smell of weed is in our vents and was in our closet once we moved in. The vent weed smell is still there because people above us smoke and won’t stop even after the office calls them and tells them to stop. When I try to call the complex it always goes to voicemail so I have to always take the time to just go into the office which gets annoying. Very negative experience so far here. Also it’s first come first serve parking and we notice people like to park on weekends who don’t even live there so the ones who actually live there can’t even park. Lesson learned if a place is cheap it’s probably cheap for a reason and we learned the hard way. The people in the office are nice and the maintenance is okay don’t get me wrong but the actual people who live here make it hell."
