"Just moved in a day or so ago and wanted to let everyone know my personal experience. First of all Tatiana is amazing and has made this experience exceptional for my family. From helping us get a unit while moving from one state to another, keeping us informed with what was going on with our unit due to previous residents, to even helping with a place to stay temporarily for the night until our unit was up to standards. She absolutely listened and understood everything I needed and wanted for this unit. Now although there have been slight hiccups, I do want to state that the maintenance team has helped beyond belief! Nathan has been here every step of the way to ensure the apartment was set up correctly and that little minor things were addressed. When it was realized that the bathroom sink had come unsealed he was there within 5 minutes of my email to fix it, dried up the water so my toddlers wouldn’t fall, and even help put my burners on the stove in with the few extra minutes he has to spare. I love how on it this places has been just within the first few days and look forward even more to seeing these standards being kept! 100% would recommend staying here for the customer service and attention to detail."

"This Community is Great! and seems to be getting even better. Recently they have hired a grounds keeper who is picking up after the dogs and keeping the trash contained. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to listen to the resident concerns. As well as dealing with the issues. Happy to see the Resident Activities are happening and helping the residents become a "community." I have seen such an improvement in the last 6 months and I know its going to keep getting better."

"Dog poop everywhere. Impossible to not get it on your shoes! Noisy incoming and outgoing traffic till very late night... loose dogs including pitbulls compromising my safety and the safety of my dog., especially smaller dogs run loose unleashed making unpleasant and impossible not to have a confrontation with my puppy while walking to go potty..Residents do not pick up the poop, and disregard any leash laws. Stomping above me, loud thumping until 0330hrs... with neighbor above. Domestic violence of 3 different people within my first 30 day period. Hot tub is inoperable and nasty water is accumulated in the tub due to not being maintained by property and covered up.. Hot tub is shut down allegedly because of broken jets.. it's unknown how long... asked management about mice and management denied having any however mouse trap boxes everywhere contradicting management denying this... Two cockroaches in the kitchen sink upon moving in. in addition residents ( but not all) are racist towards other ethnic people. and do not respect keeping the noise down. Condom hanging in the tree and trash in the poop infested grass including several tampons... very unpleasant and I regret being here. I will reconsider my renewal for the lease and warn anyone to carefully consider moving forward to live there. I DON'T RECOMMEND THE WEST MEADOW PEAKS. IT'S THE EQUIVALENT TO A TRAILER TRASH TRAILER PARK... Zero stars!!!."

"I moved in over 6 months ago and ANY time I have had a question, Tatiana has been the kindest and the MOST helpful in every situation. For example, I’ve come in with questions several times and each time I was greeted with a smile and she never made me feel like I had a stupid question. She’s knowledgeable and always had the answer I needed and provided the help required in each situation. For example, I love my apartment and had some friends that just moved into town visit and they wanted to check to see if there were any available units. I brought them in and she helped them and had them set up in no time. The apartments are so affordable and nice in comparison to the other apartments they looked at and her customer service is what really sold them. I’ve had a maintenance problem in the past and a Tatiana submitted a work order immediately and I was skeptical when she said maintenance would be there shortly, but there was no lie. They were over in no time and they honestly had it fixed with some ingenuity and knowledge I lacked. I thought I was going to be late on rent last month because of some financial issues, but when I approached Tatiana, she had nothing but empathy and assured me that no late fee would be added until the 9th and she taught me about affirm and Klarna and how I could us them in an emergency to avoid extra fees, or if something ever came up in the future. These are the best apartments I’ve lived in since I’ve been living in the Springs hands down. I once lived in “Mountain Country estates”, which are called the “regal estates” or something now back in 2014, and those were the worst apartments I’ve lived in. I’ve lived in a few inbetween the last 10 years, and these ones take the cake. I’m also blessed to have amazing neighbors. That’s just the cherry on top."
