Park Place Apartments

"I’ve lived here for almost my full year of my rental lease. Management has changed 3x. Maintenance been non existing until December, and it’s still slow. I have reported over 10-15 maintenance issues and they were half As**d addressed. There is mold that they painted over to cover in December in my kitchen pantry (I moved in April) there is a SEWER line back up, that back ups my bathtub every single day, minimum 5x a day, and it’s gross. The building’s management said owner is aware of the sewer issue but nothing is in plan of action or resolved so every single day I am cleaning my tub with bleach. It’s so unsanitary I am going to report them to the health department. I requested to break lease and leave early but they stated I would have to pay the early move out fee. When it was time to renew my lease and I said no, they had the audacity to ask me why. Crazy."

"If I could put 0 stars I would. This was the worst place I have ever lived. I only stayed a month and had to break the lease because of how bad it was. Maintenance is just horrible over there and whenever you call the office no one is ever there to take your call.which is funny because when we were applying they took our calls all the time and were so helpful then as soon as we moved in it went downhill. We relocated from a different state they never mentioned we would be on the ground floor. I didn’t mind but within the first week we noticed spiders sooo much spiders. They were literally crawling on my bed and I started having hives and anxiety. They did hire pest control but would never tell us when they were coming. They just showed up whether or not we were busy. Their communication sucked.I’m just glad I left this place. I would never in a million years recommend this place to my worst enemy. 2000 to break a lease which wasn’t my fault. A spider infestation that was there when I got there ended up being my problem. Horrible place."

"Opinions vary, but I have nothing but good things to say about this place. When I had a plumbing issue, Becky got a plumber out to fix it after hours. I love my apartment: It's perfect for me and my wife; quiet, cozy and great neighborhood. Not everyone may feel this way, but I'm living the life and I'm happy."

"Park Place Apartments brought in new management that really seems to care about the residents. Upgraded apartments, new washers and dryers, etc. We haven't had any problems with maintenance, but we do see them here making repairs daily. We are very happy."

"Do not move here unless you want to have a swimming pool inside of your own personal apartment (aka plumbing issues) and the management will not respond to calls, will not fix the issue, and act like the fact that your walls are mooshy and have water coming out of them is YOUR fault.. oh also will not compensate for renting you a crappy apartment that continually floods Lock fell off the wall, the 'plumber' they did send (after DAYS of dealing with doing dishes in the tub because the kitchen sink is backed up and flooding) didnt fix anything and instead took a giant poop/diarhhea all in the bathroom. This place is garbage. Run away."
